The DRV150700 is a constant current LED driver with selectable output of 150mA, 250mA, 350mA, 500mA or 700mA via dip switch, plus a 5 level lumen selection so you can fine tune brightness without adding a separate dimmer. It's rated at 30W and takes a 220-240V AC mains input, running at around 89% efficiency.
It's IP20 rated, so it's for dry, protected locations such as inside a ceiling void or enclosure, and it's built to power Collingwood's ground lights and other low voltage fittings sold separately, particularly residential landscape lighting where a range of different output currents might be needed on the same job. Collingwood recommends it as a modern replacement for the older PLU/350 1-9 and PLU/700 3-9 drivers.
It carries a 5 year warranty and has no light output of its own. Matching a driver's output current correctly to the LED load it's feeding, as the dip switch selection here lets you do, is one of the most effective ways to prevent flicker.
