1. We offer free standard delivery on orders within the UK Mainland* (an additional fee applies for the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Isles and International). *Collingwood orders under £150 incur a delivery fee of £5 inc. VAT.
2. Delivery times and couriers used will differ between brands.
3. Once your order is authorised, we will either confirm that your fittings are ready for dispatch or provide you with an estimated delivery date.
4. If you have purchased an item marked as 'Pre-Order', please make note of the release date (delivery will take place shortly after the item comes back into stock).
5. If you require next working day delivery, please either call us on 0208 925 8639 or contact us via our "Live Chat" and we will try to assist you.
6. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
7. Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays.
Please note that "pre-order" items on our site might experience delays in restocking. The estimated dates are currently subject to change due to recent security concerns affecting commercial vessels in the Red Sea. These incidents are causing longer shipping routes, and affecting delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary challenge.
We kindly suggest waiting until the goods have been received before scheduling an electrician for the installation of the fittings.
1. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order.
a) Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out at the time of delivery.
b) We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
c) We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed.
d) If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
e) Standard deliveries are Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am - 6 pm.
f) In the case that the courier is unable to deliver your goods despite several attempts, for instance, due to the unavailability of a safe place, neighbour or anyone at the address, there might be a fee for re-sending the goods to you if they are returned to the sender.

Kindly note that certain items have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations.
Please keep in mind that you are liable to cover the costs of customs duties, import VAT and courier ‘handling fees’ (should these be applicable).
Any costs quoted are inclusive only of the product and shipping fee, any import duties and taxes will be determined separately by the courier.
