We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Notify us within 14 days: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you want to return it. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a trackable service like 1st class recorded or courier.

3. Wait for our response: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address (different from our London address).

6. We'll keep you informed: Our returns team will email you once your refund has been processed. You will receive your refund within 14 days of the returned product being received and verified as resaleable.
Important: As a business/trade customer, statutory return rights don't apply, but returns for unopened, undamaged goods may be accepted at our discretion with a restocking fee.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns, so please ensure you pack them carefully and use a trackable service. Goods must be in a perfect re-saleable condition and must not have been installed.
At Moonlight Design, we understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged order, and we're here to help. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@moonlightdesign.co.uk. We also ask that you attach photos of the damage and the packaging to your email.
Please note that failure to notify us within 72 hours of delivery may result in us having to charge for a replacement.
If your product is found to be faulty on arrival, please email us at info@moonlightdesign.co.uk with a detailed description of the fault and attached photos. We will be in contact to confirm the next steps, where we may arrange for a repair or replacement where possible.
